Is it possible to broadcast positive energy to the world around us? And if it is possible, why should we do so?

In a world where stress, anger, unhappiness and strife rule, a dose of positivity would do good.

I am not telling you that you can change the world. Let’s be reasonable. However, you can pour a dose of positivity into it. Even a small dose of positivity would make the world, at least the world around you, a more pleasurable place to live in.

It’s like adding a spoon of sugar to the bitter taste of tea or coffee.

Do you have positive thoughts on life, or is your attitude negative?

If your general attitude is negative, you need to reconsider and develop a positive mindset. A positive mindset would help you remove much of the stress of daily life, and also inspire others to do the same.

What Is Positive Energy?

Positive energy or positive power, as the words imply, is constructive energy that helps you and others to grow and improve.

Actually, energy is neutral. You can use it to destroy and you can use it to build. When you use it to build, construct, grow and improve, it manifests in a positive way, at least for the people who use it positively.

Positive energy manifests as positive thoughts, positive atmosphere, constructiveness, kindness, happiness, compassion and improvement.

When You Change Yourself You Change the World

When you change your mindset from negativity to positivity you don’t just change yourself, your thoughts and your attitude, but you also change the world around you.

This might not be big, but something from your energy would affect the mentality, attitude and mindset of other people.

Your predominant thoughts, the ones you repeat most often, emanate from your mind, like radio waves that go from the antenna to the radio. Your mind is like a broadcasting station that broadcasts your thoughts. This happens automatically and without you being aware of the process.

Become a Positivity Broadcaster

Thought broadcasting is similar to radio and TV transmission.

Your thoughts go out to the world around you. True, the thoughts of most people are too weak and unfocused to influence the environment or go too far. Good and bad thoughts, positive and negative come and go, one neutralizing the other.

People who are more positive than negative, and who have better focus and concentration, are in a better position to transmit positive energy and positive vibrations, without neutralizing these vibrations with opposing vibrations.

Thoughts Awaken Related Emotions

You need a way to energize your thoughts, to give them strength and power. This is the role of emotions.

When you think certain thoughts, associated feelings well up.

If your thoughts are positive, positive related feelings would surface. Thoughts, together with feelings, become powerful waves of energy that can impact you, the people around you, and your immediate close environment.

Turning positivity into a habit will make you an antenna that broadcasts waves of positive energy.

How to Broadcast Positive Energy?

What do you need to do to broadcast positive power into the world?

You do so by transmitting positive thoughts to the world around you.

How do you produce and transmit positive thoughts?

You do so by learning to think positive thoughts, and by closing your mind to negative thoughts.

You might say that this is not possible, and that negative thoughts always win. This is negative thinking which you should avoid. You might also say that it is not possible to stop worrying and feeling anxious.

Well, nothing is impossible if you want it strong enough.

Simple Ways to Broadcast Positive Thoughts:

1. Abstain from using negative words such as:

“I can’t do it.”

“It’s impossible.to do.”

“This is too difficult.”

Instead, use positive words, such as:

“I can do it.”’

“It is possible.”

“It is easy to do.”

2. Smile more often. Don’t just pretend to smile. You can always find a reason to smile. Smiling makes you and the people around you feel better.

3. Laugh more often. If you try, you will always find reasons to laugh. Laughter is contagious and makes you and the people near you happier.

4. Look at the bright side. Always try to see the bright side in every situation, no matter how difficult or seemingly hopeless the situation is.

5. Read inspiring quotes everyday. This is an effective way to make you feel inspired and motivated.

6. Substitute the negative with the positive. When negative thoughts fill your mind, it is time to substitute them with positive thoughts. It might not be an easy process, but if you persevere you will eventually win.

In time, you will be able to avoid thinking negatively and broadcasting negative energy, and instead, turn positivity into a habit.

7. Happy thoughts. Make it a habit to devote a few minutes a day to thinking good, happy and inspiring thoughts about you, your life, and about the world.

Sit down in a quiet place and focus on transmitting thoughts of love, kindness and prosperity into the world. Imagine your good thoughts going out of your mind, and into the world.

A Simple Technique for Improving Yourself and Spreading Positivity

Many years ago I worked on changing various of my habits and taught myself to be more positive. I loved this process.

What did I do?

I paid attention to the way people talked, behaved and reacted. Then, I looked within myself to find out if I behaved, acted and talked in a similar or different way.

If I saw something I did not like, I checked my behavior, to find out whether I acted in the same way. In case I did, I made a plan to change my behavior, and then acted accordingly.

If there was something I liked in the behavior and reactions of other people, I taught myself to act or react in the same way.

You can do the same.

Become aware how the people you meet or work with talk, react and behave in various situations, and analyze the consequences of their particular behavior.

You can do the same when watching an interview on TV, and even when watching a movie on the screen.

This process does not have to take more than a few minutes. You will be amazed at what you would discover, and how your life would improve.

This is a great way to become more positive and spread positivity around you. As you adopt good habits, and undo bad habits, your mindset will change, and you will be broadcasting improvement, satisfaction and happiness to the world.

Most people broadcast a mixture of negative energy and positive energy. One moment they might be happy and the next morning angry. Often, the positive energy they broadcast mitigates or neutralizes the positive energy.

The trick is to make positive thoughts outweigh negative thoughts.

This requires that you become more conscious of your thoughts and feelings. When you catch yourself emitting negative energy made of negative thoughts and feelings, you need to immediately stop and emit happy thoughts and feelings instead.
